Chanel Ruiz-Mendez

Chanel Ruiz-Mendez is a graphic design expert for the CCEP.  She is co-owner and Director of PR/Development for Snapshot Media in Fresno, CA. Chanel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication & Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations from California State University, Fresno. With over 15 years experience in multicultural community outreach, public health campaigns, media relations and community development projects, she brings a unique perspective to CCEP's creative team.

Chanel also serves as Deputy Director for Fresno Metro Ministry, a multicultural, multi-faith Community-Benefit Organization focused on Community Food Systems and Asset Based Community Development work in the Central Valley.
